At least that was before the bombs. Kenucky didn't get too bad. The worst part was the radioactive rain.Small refugee camps around the state took in people from all areas especially the Northeast. Our area was relatively lucky. Cinncinatti, Cleveland, Columbus (the new capital), Knoxville, St. Louis, Louisville. All of them pretty much intact.
