I just picked up Season 2 and re-watched the series from the beginning. I got just as emotional and involved as the first time. I also watched the alternate ending showing Jake going back after Hawkins. I still cannot see why CBS ever cancelled this series. A movie will not do this story line justice just like a 7 episode season cut this series short. Right now Jericho stands as a short mini-series with a rush ending.
PS. I refuse to watch “Millionaire Password” that was put on as one of the replacement shows.
