When our area feels the local news networks are not representative or the viewing public, since the public owns the airwaves, we can write and show examples, and ask that their license not be renewed unless they comply to the FCC regulations. Why can't we do that with Jericho? Jericho was outside the mold of what the licensees are shoving down our proverbial throats every night, and it was cancelled. I'm going to look at the FCC rules and see if there's anyway we can start an FCC campaign to put licenses in jeopardy if the station does not meet certain standards in programming.
