American Nuclear Protection and DefenseThis is a featured page

The ANPD is an agency that was based in Washington. Yet, somehow, the agency survived. When Jake and Heather were looking at the news-board in Blackjack Fairgrounds, I overheard a conversation in the background that said that one of the people heard that the ANPD had set up a relief camp just south of Wichita. The people also said that there was a major ANPD base camp somewhere in Missouri. If any of you readers have information regarding the ANPD, please put the info in the comments below.

I think I may have found some information on the ANPD, a division of The American Nuclear Society which created the "Radiation Protection and Shielding Division".

Who better to know how to deal with the bombs, aftereffects and fallout from them? Since the Radiation Protection and Shielding Division is concerned with plant workers, xray techs and medicine workers, who else would have the knowledge needed to help citizens deal with the crisis?

The American Nuclear Society promotes knowledge of nuclear technology. Their Radiation Protection and Shielding Division is concerned with protecting power plant workers, X-Ray technicians and nuclear medicine workers in peacetime. No connection to the ANPD of Jericho.
