April Green

Why doesn't she have a more fleshed-out story line? Great character, believable acting skills, beautiful red hair... what gives? The actor playing her soon-to-be ex-husband's acting skills are painful to watch. 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Don't entirely agree with this but ... what has happened to April? Why is Gail so under utilised? In fact I am hopping that many of the "recurring" characters get the opportunity to feature more in the show as the series progresses, this includes not just the "Main" characters but also the "Supporting" characters. I would become disillusioned if the show turns into the Jake and Rob hour (even though I understand that they are the pivot around which the show turns).

I don't know about the April thing, but thank you for pointing out that Eric Green is a painful-to-watch character. Absolutely true!!!!

About the painful acting of Kenneth Mitchell, I think it more that his character was painful - Eric should improve in the second half of the series now that he is not trying to be the "good" son and is being himself - I think it would be very difficulty to be deputy Mayor in an unloving and unfulfilled marriage (I don't envy politicians!)
