Under the Just for fun link is the "Music Of Jericho". I looked there and did not locate it either. I will keep looking for ya!

I also tried google, but all I have found were other people asking the same question – nobody seems to know the answer.

I think I found the answer, although I'm not sure.
It seems like he song played at the end of the episode 2 was written and composed by the crew of Jericho to compensate for not having the budget to put the desired song on in the first place. ( http://jerichowiki.cbs.com/page/1.02+Fallout/diff/27,28 )
Maybe the producers will clear this up and hopefully make the song available for download.

Extrafancy, I won't update the music page until I know that information is accurate.

This is the producers response:
"The music playing over the “push-pins” sequence is an original piece entitled “Hold On,” written and performed by David Lawrence, our composer, and Jon Turteltaub, our executive producer/director. "

Your hopes were not in vain extrafancy :))
I've also updated the music page.
