Where and when did the attacks occur?
It should be assumed that all attacks happened at the same time.
Atlanta, GA: Confirmed by message left by Dale Turner's Mom on the answering machine as the attack occurred. Also received by Robert Hawkins via Morse code. Also on the old man's map in Heart of Winter and Hawkins' map in A.K.A.
Baltimore, MD: Confirmed by Sarah Mason: the Mystery Woman's Web Cam chat on the Official Website. She describes the chaos between "ground zero Washington (DC) and ground zero Baltimore." Also on the old man's map in Heart of Winter and Hawkins' map in A.K.A.
Boston, MA: Shown on the map at the Black Jack Fairgrounds. Also on the old man's map in Heart of Winter.
Charlotte, NC: Shown on the map at the Black Jack Fairgrounds. Also on the old man's map in Heart of Winter and Hawkins' map in A.K.A.
Chicago, IL: Shown on Robert Hawkins' early map, possibly received via Morse code. In Episode 12, The Day Before, Chicago was listed on the "Final List of Intended targets" on Hawkins' computer. Also on the old man's map in Heart of Winter and Hawkins' map in A.K.A.
Denver, CO: A mushroom cloud is seen rising in the west from Jericho. A confirmation is later received via Morse code and the Chinese broadcast. Denver was also listed on the "Final List of Intended targets" on Hawkins' computer in Episode 12, The Day Before. Also on the old man's map in Heart of Winter and Hawkins' map in A.K.A.
Detroit, MI:Possibly received via Morse code by Robert Hawkins. Also on the old man's map in Heart of Winter and Hawkins' map in A.K.A.
Dallas/Fort Worth, TX: Chinese Newscast, cockpit voice recorder and Robert Hawkins' map in Episode 2, Fallout, all show it as hit. Las Vegas, NV:Confirmed by Dr. Kenchy Dhuwalia in Episode 8, Rouge River,who said it at least partially survived. Although Las Vegas was shown being hit in the first "webisode" of Beyond Jericho, that has been de-canonized as far as the series is concerned.
New Orleans, LA: Shown on Robert Hawkins' earlier map, 9:02 episode, possibly received via Morse code. However, it was not marked at the Black jack Fairgrounds map and there was no push pin in the old man's map in Episode 14, Heart of Winter, or on Hawkins' map in Episode 18, A.K.A.
New York, NY: Confirmed by Gray Anderson. Seconds before the bomb could be detonated, vigilant NYPD officers apprehended several suspicious men in a white moving van carrying a 20 kiloton nuclear device hidden in a 55 gallon steel drum. However, the Chinese broadcast showed the city as being hit. A later attack on the city is a possibility but not proven by any evidence. In A.K.A. it was revealed that Robert Hawkins was most likely the person that saved New York.
All other cities probably survived the initial attacks.1165

Cities Not Hit
Cincinnati, OH:Jake said that the looped footage on the TV looked like the Cincinnati skyline but there has been no further evidence of an attack there.
Columbus, OH:In the episode "The Day Before," Hawkins' envelope showed that he was to deliver his bomb to the target of Columbus, OH. Hawkins' didn't deliver the bomb however because he retreated to Kansas with his family. Also, the person that he was communicating with on his laptop, possibly the old man, told him repeatedly to deliver the bomb. This is also a regional capital as seen at Black Jack Fairgrounds.
Kansas City, MO: Although the cockpit voice recorder reported a mushroom cloud over this city, it is likely that the cloud seen was actually rising from nearby Lawrence, KS. Kansas City may have been spared by the blast but the fallout from Lawrence was probably harsh.

St. Louis, MO: Although this was on the final list of targets in Episode 12, The Day Before, there is no evidence that the city was actually hit. The city is never marked with a push pin on any map and according to the cockpit voice recorder, a flight of F-15's were leaving from an Air National Guard base located near St. Louis.
Topeka, KS: Source of the Homeland Security recording. Visited by Gray Anderson, who reported the town to have been hit hard by fallout and radiation from the explosion at Lawrence, Kansas.

I know this might be a stretch, but I think the ASA (or parts of it) were a part of the attacks. Think about it, shortly after the attacks, this new goverment suddenly formed, began expanding thier terrority, changed the flag, and within weeks were handing out new history books with thier point of view on US history. (The heading on the page that the mayor looks at reads "The fall of the first republic 1945-present" and has chapters on every major conflict and for some reason the Nixon years).
I just think that it's a bit much for a senator from Wyoming to not only declare himself president, but to make such sweeping changes and agressive moves by himself. Maybe President Tomarchio is just a pawn or poster boy for the actual factions that led the attacks aganist America. Course I may be wrong, but this is just my opinion. |

I've been seeing around here that the attacks were 20 kiloton devices - which would put them somewhere between improvised nuclear device and tactical nuclear weapon. However, I'm sure that in Hawkins' flashbacks that they referred to the weapons as "20-megaton enhanced radiation" devices.
I know I'm a noob here - I haven't found all the nooks and crannies yet, so if I'm posting this in the wrong place I apologize. Can you point me to the figures? I'm casually curious to see if I'm in the A.S.A or if I don't have to worry about it. |

The dot seems way too low and a bit too far to the west. It looks like Romulus, Michigan was hit instead. That is where the airport is and the nuke plant is a few miles away.
