Biography:
Grant was born in Gadsden, Alabama to Elizabeth and William Grant, Her mother managed a state run Employment Security office and her father was a 'poultry specialist'. Having moved frequently throughout the Southern States as a child, Beth enjoys claiming several towns and cities in Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina as 'home'. While still in her teens, Beth served in The Senate Page Program in North Carolina. Beth was also a student at the North Carolina Governor's School for Gifted and Talented students, and received a governor's appointment to the at the age of nineteen.

She attended East Carolina University where she served as the president of the East Carolina University College Democrats for two years and subsequently received the Outstanding College Democrat Award from the then incumbent Senator Edmund Muskie. She is a graduate of ECU with a 'BFA in Acting and Directing'.

Career Bio:
Besides Jericho, she has appeared on such shows as My Name is Earl, 8 Simple Rules, JAG, Yes Dear, CSI and Judging Amy. She has also been in more than 70 feature films. Beth served as producer for Judge Koan (2003), but freely admits that her first love is acting. She is constantly working on her craft, and is currently a student of Milton Katselas at The Beverly Hills Playhouse.
