Actor: Chris Kramer

What we do know:
an old friend of Hawkins who shows up in town. He is a CIA agent who had been working undercover in the Cheyenne military and has now reached the Rally Point. Hawkins and Chavez acquired evidence proving that the bombs used in the attacks were ex-Soviet Union, not Korean. After thsi Chavez was arrested, but with Jake's help he was able to escape and is now heading to Texas to continue his mission.

Character:
Chavez seems to be a very calm and collected agent, much like Hawkins but perhaps not as serious-natured. He is very cautious uncover, but when he's with Hawkins their friendship is quite belieavable.
