Civil War Theory

The bombs were detonated by the Illuminati. It was an inside job. How else could at least 23 nukes be obtained, put into place and detonated without anyone in US law enforcement knowing. A plot that big had to have inside help. I believe that very powerful people run a shadow government in the United States and mean to reduce the power of the Federal Government and eliminate the United States from having influence in World Affairs. This could be life imitating art. There are many who believe that such a plot is possible and may occur in the future.

Makes sense. Watch the episode federal response. Order was being reestablished by it seemed Homeland Security, then EMP ICBM's were launched to knock the power back out again. One part of our government is fighting the other.

Tonight's Address by President Bush (excepting the location and duration) was very similar to the President's Address in Jericho. It could well be that based upon the Jericho commentator's comments..."the President is going out on a limb...." that we are watching a reaction to something very similar to what President Bush is doing now. Now let's don't get into if the present policy is right or wrong, unles it is neccessary in allegory, as I did ...we are talking about a TV program not debating real life policy.

Isn't the "inside job" part answered by the connection with the bald guy with the cane? He was/is CIA and has deep contacts. He is now in charge of the new USA. 10 to 1 he has his fingers in construction and will make a ton on the rebuilding of Iraq. oops I mean America. As "Deep Throat" says...."Follow the money" Really except for a few football rivalries are there states that want other states out? Even the South who hates the North I don't think wants them nuked. It doesn't make economical sense! If you are a surviving state in part of new America, rebuilding the nuked states is a financial drain. Only individuals will make $$

I can see a real civil war within ten years in the united states. However I doubt this theory for two reasons.

The first is that a ground war would have been taking place before any nukes went off.

The second reason because of the news brodcasts on the pilot episode. They don't give you much to go on, but the President is about to address the world about a clear and present danger. Shortly afterwards, the nukes go off.

Texas wins and reclaims its lost territory. Take that Kansas, Colorado, New mexico, and Oklahoma... No the US can keep Oklahoma.
