When the citizens of Jericho saw Minutemen missiles headed out,
an EMP took out all the electricity in the town. Was the EMP part
of the second wave?

I came on some information on E-bombs. They are designed specifically for
their Electromagnetic pulse to take out all electronics and power. The missiles
carrying these might have been coming in and the US, now aware of what
they're up against, was launching a retaliatory strike.



It could have been that now, with our major cities gone, they were going to try to
knock out the electricity and take out the electronics in the rest of the country.
Once that was accomplished, we could be easily overrun in an invasion.
