| This is a time-line of the main events that occur during the Jericho TV series. Small details are assumed to be understood by the audience from watching the episodes themselves. (To add a more detailed summary of each show, contribute to the Episode Guides.) The goal of this page is to create a feel for the time and dates of major events in the series. Events are listed by date and in chronological order. This time-line was created by using logic and common sense to piece together the approximate times involved. For example, Red Flag takes place during Thanksgiving, so Red Flag was used as a base, then the dates are determined from that by monitoring the day/night cycle and the captions that state time elapsed since the bombs. * = Event re-shown or elaborated upon since a previous episode. In episode 9.02, 2 missles were seen being fired. Where did they go? I am sure that it was not target practice time. I don't think China because of the supplies that they received. Nor do I think Russia or Korea. There has been no mention of any nuclear exchange on any of the broadcasts. Ideas?

I think it's safe to assume that the events from Vox Populi to Semper Fidelis all take place one right after the other because Hawkins finds Sarah in the episode right after the Day Before which reveals Sarah showing up, and it's likely to have taken place the next day, then in Heart of Winter, Sarah and Robert embark on the same trip they talked about in Black Jack, and I don't see any evidence proving that Semper Fidelis takes place more than a day after the events in Heart of Winter. If that's true, then the winter in Jericho only lasts 5 days!? Something must be wrong either in the writing or in my figures. Anybody have any ideas?

I think that the attack could not have occured on October 1st, 2006.
If you will look on your calendars from 2006, October 1st was a Sunday. What school system has a field trip on a Sunday? And the events from Casus Belli, One if by Land, Collition of the Willing, and Why We Fight are all very close to one another, within one week would be my estimation. Multiple different characters at different times through those episodes mention normal things that they were doing 5 months ago, in essence saying that it had been 5 months since the attack. So if the attack is still put in early October, that would put the events of those episodes in late February (at the earliest) to mid March (at the latest). |
