Meet the actor: Shiloh Fernandez

What we do know:
He's a teenage thug, who seems to always be at cross purposes with Dale Turner. After getting involved with Jonah Prowse's gang, he was caught for helping steal the Green's horses. Instead of pressing charges, Gail Green ordered Sean and Dale to help harvest corn at Stanley Richmond's farm in an attempt to "rehabilitate" him. Recently, Bonnie Richmond has started dating him and is allowing him to stay at the farm she and her brother Stanley own. He no longer seems active in criminal activity and even lines up to accept a gun to help defend Jericho.

What we don't know:
We don't know anything about his family or background at this point. Why is he living with the Richmonds instead of at home?

Role in the town:
He seems to be the town's number one juvenile delinquent .

Relationships with other characters:
While it could be argued that few of them consider him a friend, he is at least acquainted with most of the young people in town. There have been scenes with him and other teens in the town hanging out and skateboarding. Has an interest in Bonnie Richmond, which has been taken to the level of him staying at the Richmond Farm while Bonnie's brother Stanley was in New Bern helping to build wind turbines for Jericho
