Jake: You're not getting inside this building.

Hawkins: They got three less than they had before. And that one will come in handy if they try and threaten anybody else's family.

Goetz: Armed civilians, possibly hostages, sir. Four hours, copy that. Thank you, sir. Looks like it's just gonna be the 12 of us for a while.
Ravenwood Man: Should we stat planning for a breach? Or should we just go to phase two?
Ravenwood Man 2: By the time Beck gets back here, this thing will be over and done with.
Goetz: Let's start banging on some doors.
Ravenwood Man 2: Got it.
(Med Center)
Darcy: Is she okay?
Kenchy; Well, she has been shot. The bullet entered the pectoralis musculature and missed the subclavian vessels in the chest cavity.
Darcy: I'm sorry, I have no idea what any of that means.
Kenchy: It means, all things considered, this situation could have been a lot words. Eleven Blade please.
(Morgue)
Eric: Hey, Stanley. Stanley, this isn't your fault.
Stanley: What are you talking about?
Eric: Well, when- When April died, all I could think about was I hadn't done enough. That... That it was my fault.
Stanley: When my parents died, I did that. I blamed myself. I hated myself for being alive. But there was this little girl to take care of. Sort of pulled myself out of it.

Hawkins: D? Darcy? Hey, D?
Ravenwood Man 2: Mr. Hawkins?

Ravenwood Man 2; We stopped by a half hour ago. I guess you weren't home yet.
Hawkins: What can I do for you?
Ravenwood Man 2: Sir, are you related to Darcy Hawkins?

Ravenwood Man 2: All right, a group of armed men has taken control of the medical center. We believe she's among the hostages inside.
Hawkins: Really? Okay, so, what can I do?
Ravenwood man 2: Well, we need you to come down and talk to her on the phone. Just try to convince her to leave a very dangerous situation.
Hawkins: I don't understand. If she's being held hostage, how can me talking to her get her out of there?
Ravenwood Man 2: We'll explain all of that on the scene, but we do need to go now.
Hawkins: Okay. Okay, I"m parked out front. Well, let me just get my keys.
Ravenwood Man 2: Sir. It'd be best if you just came with us.
Hawkins: Okay. (Hawkins snaps one of their necks. He then pulls a gun on the other guy) Where is my wife?
(Med Center)
(Mimi starts to wake up)
Darcy: Hey, Mimi.
Mimi: Where am I?
Darcy: You're at the med center. You're gonna be fine.
Mimi: Where's Stanley and Bonnie?
Darcy: The nurse, she'll be back in a minute. I told her I'd keep an eye on you. Let me go get her.

(Police Department)
Russell: As soon as Beck declared us the aggressors in the fight with Jericho, he put us in a choke hold. Curfews, military courts, armed checkpoints. The resistance came together soon after that.
Mike: For weeks, we were a step ahead of them. Then all of a sudden, he was onto us.
Russell: Some of those tips you've been giving Beck, they've made things very difficult for us. They've cost us lives. The moment Constantino figured out it was you, he issued the bounty.
Heather: So, wait a minute. You're working with Constantino? Russell, he's a murderer.
Russell: You think I don't know that?
Mike: A lot of reasonable people are lining up behind him. Beck's left us no alternative.
Heather: So if you came to kill me, why am I still alive?
Russell: I came here to convince you to stop doing what you're doing. And to bring back a little trophy.
Heather: What kind of trophy?

(Morgue)
Stanley: Will you go up and check on Mimi for me?
Eric: Don't you think we should both go up?
Stanley; I'll be right up. Just give me a minute or two. Thanks.
Eric: Just a minute, okay?
Stanley: (Signing) You okay? (Speaking) I know, I know. I'm an idiot. You definitely would be making fun of me, right? I just wanted to tell you... Mimi is alive because of you. And I wanted to say thank you. Thank you. I miss my sister. Tell mom and dad I love them. I love you. (Stanley kisses her on the forehead, and then covers her head again)
(Outside the Med Center)
Ravenwood Man: What are you doing here? We're switching posts? Hey, I'm talking to you.
Jimmy: Who is it?
Hawkins: Jimmy, open the door.
Jimmy: Mr. Hawkins?
Hawkins: Yeah.
(Jimmy opens the door)
Hawkins: I come bearing gifts.
(Hawkins ties the Ravenwood man 2 up)
Jake: We've got 12 men. From the looks of it, they've got about the same.
Hawkins: They got three less than they had before. And that one will come in handy if they try and threaten anybody else's family.
Jake: So they tried to use you as bait?
Hawkins: oh, they tried. Where's my wife, Jake?
Jake: She's helping with Mimi.
Hawkins: Tell me what the hell's going on here.
(Outside)
Ravenwood Man: We did a sweep of the area. We found Berk and Sloan by the rear entrance. They're dead.
Goetz: What about Stan and Bulger?
Ravenwood Man: Still no sign of them.
Goetz: All right, do another sweep. I wanna know what's going on.
(Fred gets a call)
Emily: Frank. You okay?
Fred: Yeah. Yes, ma'am.
Emily: Yeah, why don't--? Why don't you get some water?
Fred: yeah. Thank you.
(Mimi's hospital room)
Hawkins: Hey.
Mimi: Where's Stanley?
Jake; He's with Bonnie, he'll be up soon.
Hawkins: Excuse me. Do you have any idea why all this might be happening?
Mimi: Because Goetz is embezzling money from Jennings & Rall. And I have the proof. My ledger.
Jake: Killing civilians, they can excuse, but you put your hands in their pocket, and suddenly J&R is a lot less forgiving.
Mimi: Zero tolerance. My ledger was at the house, I'm sure he has it by now.
Hawkins: Is there any way to recreate that information?
Mimi: if you had access to the system, maybe.
(Hawkins goes out in the hall, and makes a call)
John Smith: Hawkins
Hawkins: I need your help.
John Smith; Isn't that what I've been doing?
Hawkins: Well, this is a little bit different. It's outside the scope of our usual conversation.
John Smith: I have to be very careful about sticking my neck out. When, where, and for whom.

(Jake runs out into the hall)

Frank: He came oat me out of nowhere.
Jake: Frank, where's your gun? There's no way he cut through that tape.
Hawkins: No. Not without help.
Jake: one of us.
Hawkins: Yeah.
Hawkins: But first, we've gotta find our Ravenwood friend. How many men have you got guarding the exits?
Jake: Two at each. But if he starts picking them off, then Goetz can get in. And we can't afford to pull anyone off of Mimi's door.
Hawkins: Jake, we have got to find him.
Jake: Oh, we'll find him. But after that, we gotta find a way out.
Emily: Jake. (she looks at the other frank)
Jake: You sure?
Emily: Yeah, pretty sure.
Hawkins: Well, there's a way that may become useful.
Jake: Jimmy, Bill.
(Town Hall)
Heather: You guys are just gonna snatch Goetz off the street? Execute him in cold blood?
Russell: We got a handful of guys out looking for him right now.
Heather: Russell. What happened to you?
Russell: Goetz executed three of my neighbors in New Bern a few months ago. And this government promoted him. Beck has been strangling my hometown for weeks, and the same government tells me that I'm in the wrong. I've had enough.
Mike: Punish Goetz in New Bern and we show Beck that we're not going away anytime soon.
Heather: I know things are bad. But the minute you threw in with Constantino, you gave up the high ground. Beck's gonna fight you. I'm sorry, but I'm gonna be helping him do it.
Russell: I'm sorry to hear that. Word of advice, pray I can get Goetz. Because if I don't, it's not gonna be me that Constantino sends after you next.
(Trish Merrick's place)
(Phone Rings)
Trish: Hello?

(Shots are fired at Jake and Hawkins)

Jake: 9 mm Beretta.

Jake: What do you wanna do with him?
Ravenwood Man 2: You're never getting out of here alive. Al the exits are covered.
Hawkins: You sure about that?
Emily: What was all that?
Jake: We got a fix on them, traded fire.
Fred: did you get him?
Jake: No, he got away. Well, he's probably still inside. Let's pull Marty and Dave off the front entrance to help guard Mimi. Fred, take their place. They've been there all night, they need some rest.

(Humvee)

Fred: The back door's gonna be clear.
Goetz: really?
Fred: Five minutes.
Goetz: Got it. Out. We're in.
(Inside...)
(Goetz sees his man tied up)
Goetz: Tell me what the hell's going on here.
Ravenwood Man 2: They're gone, sir.
Goetz: I can see that. Where'd they go?
Ravenwood Man 2: I don't know. Another exit. Somewhere off near the pharmacy.
Goetz: There are no exits over there.
Ravenwood Man: Sir, I think you should see this.
Goetz: What the hell's through this hole?
Ravenwood Man: Farm Equipment store. Apparently, it's all one structure.
Goetz: That doesn't make any sense. We got the whole perimeter covered.
Fred: They didn't say anything to me about this.
Goetz: No kidding. They made you for the mole, genius.
Ravenwood Man 2: I heard them say something about moving the woman to her farm. Hide her there until Beck returns.
Ravenwood Man: What do you want us to do?
Beck: Mount up. Redirect the reinforcements to the Route 23 junction. We'll catch up with them on the move. Let's go.
Jake: Are they gone?
Fred: Jake, wait.
Jake: Are they gone?
(Everyone is hiding in the morgue)
Bill: All clear.
Eric: let's go.
(Upstairs)
Fred: Jake. Jake, I had no choice.
He said he'd take my farm. He threatened my wife.

Fred: Jake, they've got reinforcements coming. They said they're meeting a hundred Ravenwood men at the crossroads. Eight a.m. at Route 23 and Cherry Valley Road.
Jake: Let's go.
(Route 23)
Jake: Hey, not yet.
Goetz: Check your mags.
Eric: Are those reinforcements?
Jake: No. Watch this.
Jameson: I'm director Jameson. Ravenwood Regional HQ. All you guys, saddle up. We're moving out.
Goetz: Sir, I'm in the middle of an operation here.
Jameson: No, you're not. Take their rifles. Let's move.
Goetz: Where we going?
Trish: They're being redeployed. You're fired.
Goetz: What are you talking about? You can't fire me.
Trish: No, I can't. But he can. In fact, he already did.
Goetz: Feel better?
Trish: I hope you rot in hell. Leave them here, they can walk back.
Jameson: Move out.
(Ravenwood Humvee leaves)
Eric: Now?
Jake: Yeah, now.
Hawkins; Goetz! Goetz! Goetz, I wanna see your hands.
Jake: Remember, we need him alive.
Goetz: no way.
(New Bern men come shooting as well)
Eric: Who is that?
(Goetz runs out of bullets)
Hawkins: Cease fire!
Jake; Cease Fire!
(Goetz surrenders)
Goetz: Hold your fire.
Jake: What the hell are you doing here?
Russell: We came for him. I've had my guys tracking him all night., waiting for their chance to make the grab. Thanks.
Jake: No way, Russell. You can't have him.
Russell: Wanna bet?
Jake: I'm handing him over to Beck.
Russell: Handing him over?
Jake: If he winds up dead, Beck will wreak havoc on both these towns.
Russell: He has three killings to answer for in New Bern.
Jake: Yeah, well, he's in Jericho. And he's under arrest for Bonnie Richmond's murder.
Russell: We are fighting an army that has more guns than we do. More men than we do. What we need is resolve. And Goetz, he's the fuel for that resolve.
Emily: Stanley.
Jake: Stanley.
(Stanley shoots him. Stanley pukes)
Jake: Just stay back.
Hawkins: Jake, that doesn't matter. Whether Goetz goes missing or his body's found, Beck is gonna put the pieces together. You know he will. The minute that body hit the ground, this became a whole different deal.

Beck: So what's your status, Captain?
Captain: This sector's clear, sir. No sign of insurgent activity.
