What We Know:
He was one of Hawkins' team members during Project Red Bell.
He was travelling with a group of refugees from Denver, including at least one of his children
He arrived in town driving the car that Shep had left town in. He said he found it abandoned.
He was found breaking into what appeared to be the pharmacy
He told Hawkins that there was a traitor on the team and that Hawkins knew who it was
Died from radiation poisoning during episode 1.04
We find out here that here was a plan to meet in Jericho by "the team"
