Hawkins has the Bomb and appears to be a true patriot. Only the coming season will determine IF what was on the Board in Blackjack was true! "The Old Man" is the bald guy and if he can orchestrate the bombings...working with Sarah, as we saw in flashbacks in "AKA", I believe he did...then many possibilities exist for internal disinformation! "

Still disagree with some of your post.
The "Old Man" is the money. Evidence that he is "orchestrating" this is weak.
I think our knowledge of Rob's position is quite solid by now.
Valente is not the "Old Man"
The flashbacks do not provide any real support to him being the bad guy.
Consider this; You are supposed to be confused. At least for a while. What do we know about him.

He either is a cop or office spook.
Or is in DHS directly.
He needs a cane to get around.
He had something specific going on with Sara.

Robs handler.
Does he trust Rob. Or is it a seperate op?

He was willing to tell Sara he would pay her for the "package"
He brought shooters to the meet.

Thought Sara was trying to trap him.
Thought Sara was rouge.

Planned to kill or capture her?

Was he trying to get the bomb from Sarah?

Does that make him a terrorist trying to recover "evidence" of his guilt?
Or, is he trying to keep the bomb out of the hands of the terrorists?
Or is he trying to gather evidence about the terrorists?

Hawkins has Sarah's PDA. Could Valente could have gotten ahold of someone else's.

Who is he workning for now?

He appears to be working with the Cheyenne government.But we know of his involvement in undercover operations.

We are pretty much at the same place with Valente as we were when we met Rob.
Don't forget just because something is said to another character does not mean it is 100% the truth. We do not know that Valente is the "old man". We do not know that the guy Sara killed worked for Valente. Valente said the bomb would be paid for but brought shooters. That can make him a good guy or a bad guy. Not enough info.
