Obviously, in the heat of battle the men have asumed that Johnston is dead. With heavy hearts they leave him to pursue the battle and to give Grace her time with him. Grace is his wife. Grace is a nurse. Through her grief she detects a faint heartbeat. Johston can be saved!!
While Jericho is touching on some very human reactions to a horrific, holocaustic event, the compassionate human emotions should ultimately rule. When Jericho wins the battle they need to cautiously allow forgivenenss for their "enemy", the next town. While there need to be bad guys, the guy in the white hat needs to prevail! |

Jericho is in the middle of the US. I think it would be interesting if they became part of the national scenario. Perhaps the vice-president of the US could come out of hiding in Jericho. They could start rebuilding the country from there. Only a few people would know his true status. As for newborn, I would send the bomb to them with a computer tie in, where if they do not reset the timer every 24 hours, it blows. Newborn would make a treaty and all would appear ok. Rebuilding the country piece by piece could take them all over. How they would get there would be interesting as well. As soon as the military found out the VP was still alive many might align with him.

THe military comes in just as newburn attacks a military vehical explodes, Jericho and the army join forces and beat new burn until the military leaders figure out that JEricho is hiding Hawkins then the military switches sides and goes with the almost defeated Newburn. BUt Jake saw the switch comeing because he heard the leaders talking and he knew they were talking about Hawkins and they knew he was in Jericho, so Jake takes some ammo and guns and stuff so they have enough to defend them selve. But spys go into Jericho to find Hawknis and do but when they do people pop out of everywhere and kill them and that shows that they are not willing to give up Hawkins or the bomb and the military gives Jericho all they can but right before the all out attack they head to the shelters and withstand the attack but the military thinks everyone is dead so they go into the town look for the bomb but all get killed and then go to the capital and try to kill the dude (president but also looking to get the bomb) but they don't come clode and not even half of the people that tryed got back and hid for a week or 2 and when they are fine they send 1 person ( Hawknis) he gets in kills the guy the phone rings and it is the real leader asking if he was fine and when no one answeres something has gone wrong. credits
