False Flag Op.

My definition of a false flag op
This would be an event designed (either as a Wag the Dog hoax or with real casualties produced) with a propaganda effect in mind, to turn the population against some people or nation. The actual perpetrators would be domestic, and they would come either from the highest levels of government or be in a position to manipulate that top layer so that they could achieve pinning the event on the designated fall guy.
The purpose of the provocation would be to go to war with some country which had never harmed one (at least not this time), or to achieve power over a group within the country , or to achieve a coup d'etat which would allow someone to stage-manage changes to the government.

could be true
I highly doubt false flag is a possibility at the moment considering that normal false flag ops would take place during a training exercise of some sort on a major scale by a security company or something similar. But at the moment we dont have enough info.

Terrorism or someone inside the country
It would be much easier for nuclear devices to be made by terrorists already inside the US to do this, because they could build the bombs inside the cities and not have to smuggle them in. This also fits CIA and False flag op theories.

Were going into a Depression because the Dollar is collapsing, and the American empire is at an end.
In case you havent noticed, ALL THE REMAINING PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE ARE THE SAME! Ron Paul was the only one who truly represented the people on the important issues like the war and the Constitution, but people were too dumb/.apathetic to save themselves from whats coming.
Combine that with the North American Union, Real ID, and the Supreme court saying it is "Constitutional to "reasonably" restrict" YOUR GOD GIVEN second amendment Right to defend yourself, and where have quite a mess on our hands.
The next "September Attack" could happen tomorrow, perhaps to get WWIII staring with Iran.
.False flag terrorism is a Historical fact. Governments CARRY OUT terrorism so they can TAKE MORE CONTROL.
Hitler did it.
Stalin Did it.
Were next.
Buy Storable food.
Buy Guns.
Buy Gold and Silver.
WEre in it for the long haul,folks. Plans for Martial Law and "FEMA camps"(Concentration Camps) in the USA are in place. Wake up now or never.

"Jake certainly wasn't given due process, even before martial law." Okay, you say it isn't due process. Short of the torture aspects, in which Jake is deprived of sleep etc., what does it say in the code of military justice about those who form militias in the area of control?
No, don't answer that. You cannot have due process when there is no duly elected government in charge.
You know that Washington DC has fallen. There is a take-over of the area by essentially a newly formed federation. But in Columbus, on the other side of the Mississippi, there is still the US government. This new one asserts itself with a creepy new flag. Are they a valid government? Beck is wearing army fatigues, and yet he serves this new government. That means he is a traitor. Perhaps he took the expedient course, but by not following his country's colors in time of emergency, he has gone over to the other side, for all we know the enemy. The people of Jericho were never directly presented with this change, they never voted on it.
So therefore his seizing of Jake, although it has the color of authority, really is a mere kidnapping.
How often has a US official acting under color of office, but unlawfully, done the same? Well, due process might sort that out. It looks like the answer is (rendition-wise) a lot. After all, they are going into other countries which did not invite them there, and snatching people they say are bad guys (so often they are cases of mistaken identity).
Anyway, this has a lot to chew on.

"What if Hawkins IS the bad guy? It would make for an interesting plot twist" Do you remember when Hawkins says to his daughter that there are no good guys and bad guys? I am pretty sure he said that in the course of teaching her to fire a weapon. What did he mean, if he indeed he said that? What was the context in which he made those remarks?
There is a quote from Alexander Solzhenitzen in a new book Shell Game, about another false flag nuclear attack, similar to Jericho's. It is interesting how false flag (not just ASA's, LOL) is in the consciousness these days. Could it be the "fallout" from 9/11? Anyway, the Nobel Prize-winning survivor of the Soviet gulags said that the worst of men consider themselves good. They can always justify their acts by some higher good. They are not like Batman villains who know their are villainous and glory in it. No, they think they are making a better world.
Perhaps in some subtle way Hawkins was trying to say that someone who could kill you might seem ordinary and even benevolent. But you can get chewed up in their machinery. So you cannot survive by dividing the world up into superficial good guys and bad guys. Perhaps that is a real cop's mentality, the commitment to being agile in your responses. Not going after someone out of prejudice, but acting moment-by-moment.
Maybe Hawkins is just like a combat soldier in enemy territory, never knowing what moment is his last. That his character is also a black American with a lot of history in a society which began with slavery and has evolved into treating men like him as the enemy, as the injuns around Fort Apache, well, perfect casting. And then having him fall for that Beltway princess, Ms. Mason, which I think shows a weakness towards believing in trading "up" (where "up" is defined as whiter skin), it just adds another layer of vulnerability to him.
Is he good or bad? To quote a Poirot character: "The nuns told us all men are bad." A deep insight.

Tonight's Address by the President
Tonight's Address by President Bush (excepting the location and duration) was very similar to the President's Address in Jericho. It could well be that based upon the Jericho commentator's comments..."the President is going out on a limb...." that we are watching a reaction to something very similar to what President Bush is doing now. Now let's don't get into if the present policy is right or wrong, unles it is neccessary in allegory, as I did ...we are talking about a TV program not debating real life policy.
