Mystery Woman
"Watch the premiere again. She is shown on the radio right after the blast. She was telling Mayor Green that they only had their channels. She suggested seeing Oliver who has a Ham radio. She was tall with dark brown hair." Why would the dispatcher for the Jericho PD be a mystery woman from St. Louis in a car wreck? They just can't be one in the same.

Mystery Woman
Being that she is from St Louis...I think she is part of the group that Hawkins is part of. Remember back when the rain fell, Hawkins went about securing some sort of substance in a large round metal bin. Possibly the chemical that set off all the other explosions. So maybe "Sara" is coming for Hawkins to find out why his was not released...and why is he suddenly bailing on the operation.

Says here that she was/is a cop from st louis, didn't Hawkins intially say he was a cop.. from st louis?

If noone knows it is Hawkins former lover and partner in the bombing. She was seen in the recap kissing him and wearing his shirt when he got the call for the meet time to discuss their drop off points. She is back now because he has chosen to be a family man and not a killing machine.

Mystery Woman part of Countdown?
It seems to me that this is a tease for further Countdown episodes. Maybe through her we will see some of what was taking place outside Hawkins' sphere of knowlege prior to the blasts.

The mystery woman Sara reveals key facts about the time line
The web site says her current occupation is St. Louis Police Officer, St. Louis Police Department North County Precinct. Occupation line is key because it implies she was still employed when the bombs went off. Career stats show her as working in the Division of Criminal Investigations 2001-2006. There is no date that shows 2006 - current or a further out time frame. We must assume that the story takes place in the present time which creates a little more chaos around Jake and Eric's true age based on Eric's Drivers License and Jakes Passport. I am willing to bet that Jakes age is bogus on the passport and he was actually working with one of the intelligence agency's either military or civilian. As, I have stated in the past these organizations do not exactly communicate well with each other hence the reason Jake is a "Person of Interest" with the Department of State. He also said he was working with a contractor in the 2007 sneak peak. He may have well been an imbedded government agent working with the contractor when "The Incident" occurred. He may have simply disappeared and his passport was flagged to find him if he enters or leaves the country. Lets face it he has shown us an inability to commit to much of anything.

With regard to when (as in what year) the show occurs I think we will have to accept that the likelihood of us knowing without someone in the show explicitly stating the date, or at least the year, is slim to none.
The writers and producers have done their best to make it an extremely confusing issue. The best we can assume is that it is set in 2006 and that a lot of the documents that have a date on them are unreliable.
Anything that either Jake or Rob has with a date on it must be instantly suspect as both seem to have compelling reasons to hide their past. This could be due to them either having been involved in governmental or criminal activities, either way they both have extensive skill sets which Jericho will need to make use of if it is to survive. It is unfortunate that Jonah has had to be exiled as he was also a survivor.

Really? When has he shown us this? We know nothing about his past. He has shown great commitment to the people of Jericho since this whole thing started. If you are referring to his list of previous jobs (ball player, Navy, Army, contractor) then I say that you have totally missed the point. Those statements were not true and that's why Emily outed him when he told her that he had been in the Navy. She knew he lying about his whereabouts.
I think that we have yet to discover who Jake is and where he really was for the past 5 years.

Hawkins and Mysterious Woman
It is obvious that Hawkins came from the "inner circle" and he knew or had limited knowledge of the "impending" attack on the U.S. soil. He has since tried to disassociate himself from the "inner circle" to no avail. The "Who is this Woman" is an operative from the "inner circle" who is sent to locate/indentify/eliminate Hawkins.........
