Propaganda Newscast

Obvious that the newscast was propaganda...not only does it build up the ASA President(Senator Tomachino ?) but the newscrawler says "HHS secretary says Hudson River virus held east of the Mississippi". Sounds like the ASA push is on to make the east seem more dangerous, perhaps it is who knows? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Well all i know is that i'm crushed to hear Chavez say that my half of the country is the "weak" half and "getting weaker"! That propaganda was probably trying to get the OSA ("other" states of America) to look like the bad guys.

Texas better swing towards my way, thats all i can say!

Looking at who is running it, i believe it qualifies.

I guess you didn't read the magazine feature that said that the ASA are the bad guys and that Jericho is going to turn and start a revolution against them because one of the main characters gets killed off. Do you find this valuable?

Thats hard to believe for me because she was praising the nuts campaign alot during the summer and, from what i heard, chewed out i think a producer or somebody from CBS about it.

I don't know who gets killed off, but it has me very worried. I hate to see people die, even if it is on tv. It has to be someone big enough to make the whole town upset enough to start a revolution. Quoting Barbee, "We really felt that something had to happen that was so heinous, the town would rise up against the Cheyenne government." Do you find this valuable?

Figure out who is beloved enough to want to make a town go to war. Certainly not Hawkins, he is new and realtively obscure. Jake, no, not beloved, respected, certainly, but not bloved like his dad. That leaves possibly his brother, or the Mayor, but again, both are not beloved. Hears my scenario, Mimi and Stanely get married. Mimi gets preggars, making them even more liked as charecters. Mimi, while working a JNR, discovers the plot. JNR goes after her and get Stanely instead. With Mimi preggars and Jake being the chivelrous guy that he is, feels it even more neccessary to avenge both his father and Stanely.

I think it's biological warfare on the A.S.A's part. All i know for sure is that my area in trouble and i can't stand it! War, disease, famine, and U.N. Peacekeepers to top it all off! O joy o joy!

Ok, so was there foreshadowing that Emily might be in danger since she showed up on the watchlist of people that couldn't be near the president when he came to town? Do you find this valuable?

Of course it is. Those with the vaccine are protected and those without are cleansed.

Yup. I'm sorry but i'm still stuck on being in a city occupied by the U.N. I can't stand the thought of it.
