Forgiveness of our Debt
Feb 20 2008, 9:07 AM EST
At least we know one good thing. The new Presdient said our debts was forgiven by the the world other nation. But you know must of the world country hold there reserve in dollors)they would either be gone or nearly worthless now). I know we have not talked much about the world outside of the USA. But there a very good chance. That the destruction of the US. Has driven the world into a worldwide recession or maybe even Depression (that would make the one from the 1930's look tame). The USA is only 5% of the world population but is the world ecomnical engine that drive the global markets!!

There's also the irony of how he U.S. "retaliation" on Iran and North Korea also has a negative impact on nations like Iraq and South Korea. Radioactive fallout doesn't recognize borders you know.1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Radioactive fallout doesn't recognize borders you know.Well the possible contamination of the oil fields in Iran and the loss of life in both countries would certanly piss some people off, but when it comes to the goverments of N.Korea and Iran, would anyone really be sad to see them go? The radical and confrontational goverments of both countries do nothing but hamper the rest of the world and although im sure thier destruction would be publicly condemmed from the majority of the worlds other nations, im sure alot of them would privately have a sigh of relief that those goverments are no longer in control or in chaos. The other Middle East countries would help the Irani survivors (err... forgot about Syira, but after seeing thier neighbor nuked I doubt they'd put up a fight aganist us) and Im sure countries such as China, India, Russia, Japan and others would send help to N. Korea. (Most of the fallout would be blown out to the Pacific in that bombing) 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

(Most of the fallout would be blown out to the Pacific in that bombing)"What you are assuming is that, unlike the USA/ASA/Texas entity, that these countries just somehow disappear from the face of the earth once they are nuked. If it didn't happen here, it won't happen there. We tend to assume that these unpleasant governments are somehow an aberration to the countries underneath. If such a government is removed, then viola!, things resolve themselves. Actually, chaos and destabilization would probably happen, and the parts of the world affected would become killing fields. But I don't suppose it was ever intended to bring peace, not by ASA/Jennings and Rall. Not only did someone need a scapegoat (whether or not they knew who did the September Attacks), but creating and "Axel of Evil" with two wheels kind of helped them consolidate their power as a protection racket. Even though help might be on the way to North Korea by China, it wouldn't be long before the helper flexed its muscles nearby, starting with South Korea, moving into Taiwan. Who would stop them? Maybe Japan. Then look for a Sino-Japanese War as in yesteryear. As for Iran's partial destruction -- well, the Persian empire was vast, and it still has local sympathizers. "That which does not kill me, makes me stronger" -- perhaps that phrase didn't start with Nietzche (apologizing in advance for spelling). Can we say "Persia is back, better than ever." Look for Israel, trying to survive, to figure out a way to flatter a new Shah (perhaps one of his descendants, tired of an Upper East Side, New York existence, and eager to go back to Daddy's peacock throne). Did they nuke Persepolis? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
