RangerTess	The Ranger Tess Plan Mar 26 2008, 7:55 PM EDT Alright, This is my plan, we need to organize five leaders from each Save Jericho Site. (Jericho Ralley Point, Jeritopia, and the Jericho Wiki). We then need to hold meetings and work together under one plan. We must not let Sci-Fi pick up the show. We need a major network that can provide Jericho the funding it needs to remain good. Jericho has the chance of being greater then Lost. CBS blew it...so its up to us! Lets show ABC, NBC, and FOX how Jericho could become the next great thing on T.V. I'm sick of stupid Crime Shows and Reality crap...its dumb. Jericho is good T.V. this show has a lot of chances. Lets take them....contact all major networks and help convince them that Jericho could be a multimillion dollar show if it was handled the right way. Post reply 40 out of 41 found this valuable. I just want to point out that SciFi is owned by NBC.For our plan to work, we have to have a broad sweep, not just the major networks, but the larger cable ones also.. If not SciFi, I could easily see jericho on USA, and possibly TNT. but we have to ave a broad sweep of networks. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

It time we take a stand and let the network know what we want not what they want. I think wall should send the flags to the networks. Doesn't matter what size of flag we send. Just that we send. I have got to say it and flame me if you must, but in all honesty, I have never seen a fragmented effort from such a devoted line of fans. Ranger Tess....if Sci-Fi is showing the reruns, that is where we MUST put our support, for like it or not, that is likely where the greatest chance of pick-up lies. The big 3 left depend FAR too much on Nielsen ratings for us to go that route. Look folks, where is the PLAN? You have too many people going in multiple directions. There nees to be ONE singular plan that everyone can get behind, just like was done in the nuts campaign. Did you have nuts going to all the networks? No, just the most obvious and seriously that is Sci-Fi. I'd love to see the fans pull out al the stops with a "Don't Tread On Me" campaign. I'd love to see us all send ONE flag to them. Sadly, I can't see that happening with everyone running willy-nilly in every direction, or as my dear departed mother world say "like a fart in a windstorm." Has CBS verified that they are not going to continue with a third season? I have been a staunch supporter of CBS. But, if they are dropping the show, I will boycott them and I am a huge fan of Survivor. How can we contact them to let them know other than the comments section on the video view page of the CBS website? Second, how can we unify our efforts to contact other networks and plead our case? I'd suggest Patty, HJ and I. We're three people who are very active on the wiki. We've done many pages and are well liked and known. You wanna know why the nuts campaign was succesfull? Because nobody cared about who was the founder of the campaign, who was the leader. The only thing we cared about was JERICHO. I hope that everyone is still sending at least one letter a day. I am still sending them everywhere, but dissappointed that no one has hit the NBC petition. I thought the whole idea was to get someone to pick it up. I am hoping others will join in and hit absolutely everyone they can think of. Regardless of this, I hope you all will continue your fight with me to save this wonderful show. At the end of the last episode season two.....they put up the flag so that Johnston Green's voice could be heard. Maybe get a list of the advertisers and include it in the email.... Also, I think FOX would be a good bet even though it is a major network and depends on Neilsen... Maybe if we could get Fox News interested somehow (like on an entertainment segment, maybe even O'Reilly would have fun with this) it would put pressure on the mother company and entice them to pick up the show? pandrummer	16. RE: The Ranger Tess Plan Jan 13 2009, 1:39 PM EST Why don't we come up with an elaborate plan and get together with the producers of the show and raise money to finance a 3rd season. This may sound unrealistic, but it can be done if we look around the globe at all the fans who love this show. Here's an idea for a plan that I posted on another thread on this site. If anyone would like to add any other ideas to this it would be great. This may then be sold to cable stations around the world. I feel that this is starting to be like the music business which has become more fragmented over the years. 1) Set Up a fund that will be managed by a 3rd party (Accounting Firm/law firm) 2) Production Company has to be onboard. 3) This can be either non-profit or for profit. 4) Non-profit we give the money away to the production company to produce a 3rd season. 5) For Profit we split the profits with Production Company and re-invest for another season or project. 6) The idea for this organization is to make good quality TV shows. I want to see the actors and crew back to work. They need this and so do we. 7) This will be another way of making history. There never has been this type of offer ever, if so, I never heard about it. We are contributing to the production and creation of the show. 8) We can set up a committee to oversee the project to make sure that the management and use of the money is legitimate. I know that there have been numerous scams and in order to make this a reality we need to have check points put in place. 9) We will need an internet infrastructure in order for people to give donations. RE: The Ranger Tess Plan Jan 13 2009, 5:01 PM EST All of these are good but we still have one major problem, not enough viewers The CW is airing reruns of the Show (CBS owns the CW) and the CW only gets 1.25 million viewers at most now that's 11 million sown from the Series Premier. Redemption 2009, I think it would be wonderful to have you help me spread the word. I have joined some other communities and forums and also commented on the IMDb. It seems that you are the only one interested. Listen, it seems like a long shot but I came accross a forum from France that waw posting in French. Now, I live on Montreal, so I speak and write french fluently. Therefore, there are countries out there that want it. We will need thousands of people to join us which we'll need alot of help.
