Through the last year we have spent so much money on billboards, tv commercials etc. In this economy I know alot of folks are holding on to their donations and saving the money for themselves and rightfully so. I just put out money to Morris Press for the Jericho Rangers Present Operation Homecooking cookbook as a fundraiser for Operation Homefront for families of fallen soldiers so I know I cannot afford to do any more donations at this time. We have news of a movie in the works. I would think if the movie were a success, then a Season 3 might have a better shot in the eyes of the powers that be. Just a thought .

I also thought about the recessionand how it is affecting everyone. This is why it would be important to expand the fan base. I know that the UK seem to have some fans including Australia and Canada. If you're right about the movie, it may work out into a 3rd season. I will still try to push the idea and see what happens.

Re the recession, I think that we need to focus on getting just one dollar per person. I think it would be easy to get people to part with that dollar, rather than say $10. It would mean we would need to find more people, but I think we'd have an easier time getting $1 from 10 million people. Unless of course we can get $10 million from one person.

Yes I agree, people should feel free to donate whatever they can. I am waiting to see if more people are getting interested or not.

I agree, fans should donate as much as they like, but maybe we can try and get non-fans to donate one dollar? I'm sure there are non-fans out there willing to part with a coffee for one morning to contribute to our cause.

Sure! We can get non fans to contribute and maybe we can convert new fans? Just a thought. I am working on more ideas for a web site but I would need to try some sort of way to know how many people are interested. We need alot of people.
