I live in England, me and my brother used to watch this on channel 5 every sunday and we were hooked from the first episode, so it goes without saying that the moment it came out on DVD and we had money we both got a copy of it, I got mine only a couple of weeks ago and have already watched it through twice.
I was really looking forward to seeing season 2 and now only to find out it has been cancelled. What is it with bloody TV, every time they actually bring out something unique, something that shines like a diamond in the rough, they cancel the damned thing? I was a fan of Angel and Firefly, Angel was really showing some amazing content just when it was dropped like a bad habit, then Firefly a Sci Fi with a brilliant twist and it's dropped before it could really begin and now it has happened to Jericho as well. If I had the money, I would buy countless copies of Season 1 and distribute them out to people on the streets here in England to advertise it myself, but I just dont and it wasn't very well advertised here so it didn't get as large a fan base as it could have done I dont think.
I know I'm just ranting, but I just wanted to air my opinion here too and if it can count towards something in favour of Jericho then so much the better
