May 16 2008, 12:13 AM EDT Jericho fighters do not give up that what they want ok we need to fight we need to start shooting them another big load of email bugging them to take it back cause if we do they will because they will now we want it and we want it now so if your with me then we FIGHT FOR JERICHIO that what the show would want us to do ok SO LET FIGHT TO BRING JERICHO BACK so troops go back out there and start hittingthem with mail and emails. May 17 2008, 4:13 PM EDT lvnze, from Britain! Does CBS even realize there are fans across the pond? I called and emailed sponsors last summer. Talked live with some places, although I know they were lower echelons folks. None gave hope but the nuts campaign did do something.. I blame CBS for how little the hyped this show in the first year, and how they scheduled it. By the second season it was on late for eastern time, and also very little advertising it. Besides, it was hard for new people to pick up if they hadn't followed the first season. Has anyone heard if a cable channel will pick it up? I am having not very optimistic feelings about it. OH, and last summer, all those sponsors I emailed somehow caused my PC to crash from overload and it took some doing to get it back up again. I have back from NO sponsors except Edy's who sent me discount coupons. How was that for responsiveness? Phooey! Do you find this valuable? |

There are other campaigns in the works for a billbaord and TV commericals from the fans. May 18 2008, 3:10 PM EDT I have been out of the loop on the e mails, but Jericho as media show and a concept of , "what if " still plays on my mind . I am happy that folks stood up and said there will be another season . I assume , as many , would agree the decision to continue with a series are based on funds and contracts . Based upon the facts it appeared that the actors , directors staff were all on the same page . Thus the network "CBS" .."what the bang for the dollar ?" I spent the last twenty five plus years with Federal Government in the "what if game " . Today in the priv. sector I am engaged in the "what if. " What appeals to me about Jerichio is ., "Are we just a nation of MTV , DVD , flat screen tv's , Paris Hilton etc " Did we loose our direction our core values of who we are as Americans ? In the event of fiction were to become reality , as in Jerichio would we survive as a nation ? The TV show is probative and asks ...what will we do as people , nation and society ????? 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

May 18 2008, 3:24 PM EDT HI Thanks for your support from the UK . I have watched the show , many times after it was on TV . I posted a question that I as an American we must all ask . It's about our society , yes USA and EU too . In the event of an attack ( I was at NYC on 9/11 and worked for over a year with matters relating to the attack ) What do we do as a nation , society . In the UK there are many folks still alive ..thank God that will tell you what Englishmen and all of the UK did during the Blitz . Has our society changed ?? We after 9/11 and 7/7 are in a diffrent world . I lived in NYC and grew up during the the Cold War . That was a time in which there would be no winner(s) . In this new age there is sufficent capacity to instill death in the hundereds of thousands and millions . Sufficent amount of mass hysteria to cause long lasting havoc with any nation be it the USA or the UK . You are correct ...don't give up ..It' s more than an American TV show Thanks !!!!
