"He looks as though he comes from an Indian lineage, but speaks with an almost British accent."

He's clearly Indian. Indians speak English, specifically, Commonwealth English. 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

India has been a colony of and still preserves sentimental links with Britain, lots of students still go to study in the UK & Indians love to listen to the BBC Do you find this valuable?
