It was bad enough with one.
each with his own army, too.
Wonder if ravenwood is signed on with any of them or if they are just a rogue outfit

Ravenwood mentions it is working for the government several times, in a very gloaty matter like its some kind of achievement rather than trying to lie. They are most likely aligned to one of them, and the other presidents probably have their own outfits in one form or another too. Do you find this valuable?
