Jerico, in a way, represents Oakley, KS. Oakley, KS, is where Highway 83, Highway 40, and Interstate 70 meat, like in Jerico. It is also close to Colorado, so they could so the mushroom cloud over Denver. The only problem with this is that Goodland is northeast of Oakley, while Goodland is southeast of Jerico. 3  out of 10 found this valuable. Do you?

Goodland is Northwest of Oakley by about 60 miles. I know because I lived there. Also, you can't see any mountains in any of Kansas. Can't even see them in must of eastern Colorado. Common misconception ever since Bonanza. Jericho doesn't really look like any town in Northwest Kansas but guessing most people don't know this and wouldn't care. Do you find this valuable?

I've also been told that with the size of bomb used, there's no way they would've seen the mushroom cloud in Kansas. Do you find this valuable?

In the episode : Rogue River, as Jake and Eric head out to Rogue River, it shows a highway sign that lists Salina as 236 miles. Oakley is only 180 miles from Salina. Jericho would have to be very close to Goodland. Goodland is 237 miles from Salina. Do you find this valuable?
