Only 7 episodes?????!!
Sep 15 2007, 7:11 AM EDT Well I read upside that there're will be only 7 episodes on the second season?? But... only that?? Because I though that because of all the problems with CBS and everything, Jericho will finish with the second season... but I though we'll have a LONG season like season one. Sep 15 2007, 12:46 PM EDT CBS ordered only 7 episodes with the possibility of getting more if the ratings are high enough. If Jericho doesn't start until January, we'll probably only get the 7, but in that case we're trying for season 3. That's why we're trying so hard to get new viewers, keeping up the activity on the boards (CBS said they're taking that into account) and buying the DVD of the first season (another thing CBS is watching). So, join us wherever you can and make sure all your friends and family are watching Jericho too. Glad to have you here. 53 out of 55 found this valuable. Do you? |

Yes of course all my family see Jericho with me... but the problem it's that maybe in Spain the Second Season won't be broad-casted, so... it's a problem... but I hope in US, people see Jericho and we can have the 3º season... 12 out of 12 found this valuable. I don't remember what it was posted under but you can go hunting and find it. Then if you don't get the next season you can at least watch it on computer. Or start sending your station nuts, so they'll pick up the next season. 11 out of 11 found this valuable. Do you? |

Sep 15 2007, 10:40 PM EDT I have a hard time buying CBS commercials about "CBS is listening" when they're ordering only 7 episodes and won't commit to a day or time for airing. They didn't even advertise this show at all like they do other shows. My hubby and I found it 'by chance' one evening, because there was 'junk' on TV one night...there u go.... 19 out of 19 found this valuable. Do you? |

Most of us could care less about those dumb commercials. Though once in a 'blue moon' a good one does appear...BUT THOSE CAR COMMERCIALS ARE TERRIBLE!!! and stupid.... 9 out of 10 found this valuable. Do you? |

Why would you rerun all of Season 1 to build interest and then not schedule the new season to follow immediately? This is almost as stupid as having an early season hit and removing from the air for a month or 2 so people lose interest or awareness. After the resurrection of the series the CBS promo poster said new season Fall 2007.Let's hold them to it.I think they have 2 or 3 shows that will fold early. Too bad CBS isn't doing Caveman that would open a time slot quickly. If CBS won't listen how about SciFi or USA picking it up? 18 out of 18 found this valuable. Do you? |

Sep 20 2007, 4:13 PM EDT It has occured to me that there may be "behind the scene" pressure on CBS to NOT have Jericho succeed. Actually, about the third or fourth episode this thought crossed my mind. Why the haitus from Nov. to Feb.? Why so little hype? Does anyone recall seeing ANY of the cast as guests on CBS (and affiliate) aired talk or variety shows? See any one of them making commercials (which in a strange way, helps hype a show) ie: Dennis Haysbert and Manny Pantakin. Totally realize this is a personal employment decision of the individual actors, but the repitition of hearing "that" voice or seeing "that" face certainly helps hype a show. And above all, why the hype for Kid Nation during the summer reruns? Did CBS really think those of us that love Jericho will watch another dumb reality show slapped into Jericho's time slot?
